Technical Data
In a busy building that has a high amount of traffic, such as schools and hospitals, doors can be subjected to many knocks and scrapes. This can damage the fire rating over a period of time. The Astroflame door edge guards are designed to protect the edge of the door from impacts and also have integrated fire and smoke seals which help to maintain the fire rating of the door.
- 30 and 60 minute fire rated versions
- Suitable for single and double doors
- Integrated fire and smoke seals
- Supplied in 2.1m (2100mm) lengths
- Leg depth: 15mm
- Finished in satin anodised aluminium
- Impact tested to 200kg at 3.5mph and 50kg at 7mph
- Tested to BS 476-22:1987
