Floor springs are a more aesthetically pleasing alternative to overhead door closers as they are concealed in the floor. The closer is fitted into the floor, protecting the mechanism and helping to avoid vandalism. The BTS75V is a medium strength door closer with adjustable power size, adjustable closing speed and mechanical backcheck. Floor spring door closers are suitable for fire doors.
