I telephoned Safelincs with an enquiry about a replacement linked smoke detector which couldn't be replaced on a like basis because the manufacturer has ceases trading. I found the lady that I spoke to extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She communicated extremely well, with such a pleasant manner and without pressure she suggested a very reasonable compromise alternative solution. I had dealt with Safelincs some time ago and had similar good service. I had no hesitation in placing an order there and then and my replacement was with me, in good order, within a couple of days.

I ordered 3 Kidde carbon monoxide/smoke alarms, they were cheaper than amazon and free delivery and you can't expect better than that and they arrived promptly too. Will definitely deal with Safe lines again.

Hi i have just ordered Smoke and heat alarm kits and hush controls units for my cousin and my myself ordered yesterday and delivered this afternoon ,we are both pensioners i have now fitted the units to my house easy to set up and fit and will fit other units at the weekend for my cousin must thank you for your quick delivery and excellent service much appreciated.

I placed an order for a replacement smoke alarm part at around 7.30pm on a Thursday evening, having spoken to a very helpful lady called Laura (to make sure that it was the correct part) and felt confident enough after our chat to place the order. As we were speaking the e mail confirmation landed which was very reassuring, and the part arrived Saturday morning - now that's what I call service ! We fitted the part straight away - simple and straightforward but more importantly, it worked !I have just placed another order based on this brilliant service. Well done to all concerned !

It was very fairly priced too, so my order was placed and within a few days I received it. Clearly they know what they are doing, and it was a pleasure doing business.
