The FireAngel flat starter kit includes two smoke alarms, one heat alarm, and one carbon monoxide alarm. All units are powered by sealed 10-year lithium batteries designed to last the life time of the detectors. This kit contains comprehensive fire detection for most flats and includes a carbon monoxide alarm to alert occupants to the dangers of a faulty fuel-burning appliance. The optical smoke alarms are ideal for landings, bedrooms, and living rooms, while the heat alarm is best suited for kitchens, garages, utility rooms, and unconverted loft spaces. The carbon monoxide alarm should be placed near fuel-burning appliances such as gas fires, boilers, and wood burners etc.
