Yes, the Phoenix Titan 1252 does come with a key override incase of being locked out.
Q. My safe doesn't have a key lock. What happens if the batteries run out for the keypad?
A.
The battery compartment is located on the outside of the safe, so can be replaced even when the safe is locked.
Q. Can the shelf in the Phoenix Titan 1252 be removed, allowing files to be vertically stored?

Yes, the shelf can be removed from the Titan 1252.
