The GEZE TS4000E is an overhead door closer with electro-hydraulic hold open. The hold open function allows a fire door to be held open whilst in normal use but close when the fire alarm is activated.

Q. How do you set or lock it when in position at 110 degrees?
A.
The angle of hold-open is freely selectable between 80° and 180°. There are no settings or adjustments; the door simply has to be opened past 80° and then released at whatever angle you require it to stay open. In the event of a fire or power outage the electro-hydraulic hold-open will release and the door will close. To manually close the door you only have to pull the door and the hold-open will release, allow the door to close automatically.
