Technical Data
The Honeywell EzSense is a portable device used to detect the presence of flammable gases including methane (natural gas), propane, butane, LPG and LNG. The detector is easy to use and helps to quickly identify the source of leaks. On detection of gas, the EzSense will sound an alarm and the LED indicators will light up.

Compact, well built, and reasonably priced. I bought this EzSense Gas Detector, after momentarily smelling what I thought was Natural Gas, near to my boiler, on to two separate occasions. I knew of Honeywell as a reliable brand, and I wasn't disappointed when I unpacked the unit. I first tested the detector on two known gas samples, Methane and a Butane/Propane mix. It instantly detected both, but reassuringly, nothing was found around my boiler, until I slightly loosened off the boiler gas fitting. Once again, it was quick to confirm the presence of Natural Gas. Therefore, it does what it says it will, and I would recommend this product to anyone who wants peace of mind, concerning gas leaks. It is simple to use, and doesn't require any specialist knowledge operate. As it will not be in constant use, I decided to remove the two supplied AA batteries, and keep them in the original clear plastic packaging, so that I could easily monitor them for any possible long-term leakage. Safelincs offer it at a reasonable price, delivered it promptly, and I am a very satisfied customer.
