Hush-ActiV Stand-Alone Domestic Grade C Fire Alarm Kit

The Hush-Activ is a conventional stand-alone Grade C domestic fire detection and alarm system for use in homes, individual flats and apartments. Supplied in kit form to satisfy most LD2 systems, additional detectors and sounders can be purchased for larger systems and those requiring LD1 coverage. Designed and manufactured in the UK, to be suitable for BS 5839-6, offering a superior level of protection compared to Grade D installations.

• Test or Hush/Silence control unit is fitted at a low level easy to access height – no need to stand on a chair or find a ladder
• Additional detectors and sounders can be added to the system to cover all areas that are required
• No bi-annual servicing visits required – monthly user/occupant test is sufficient
• Controller includes a replaceable 72 hour standby battery that lasts over 10 years in normal usage
• Suitable for use in individual flats, houses and apartments
• Can be used in any situation where standard domestic mains-powered alarms are specified
• Upgrade an existing Grade D System with ease – Hush-ActiV utilises the same wiring as most mains alarm systems
• The system's devices and wiring are constantly monitored so you can take appropriate action should a fault be detected
• Sounders operate at lower frequencies which are more likely to wake sleeping people

• Break glass call point(s) and IP rated sounders available for use on properties with balconies and / or outside areas that require protection
