Product Overview
The home fire safety kit contains basic fire detection and fire extinguishing products. The kit includes three different types of smoke alarm designed to detect fire in different ways (suitable for different locations within the home), a high quality carbon monoxide alarm, a fire extinguisher and a fire blanket.
Technical Data
- 1.0m x 1.0m fire blanket - ideal for cooking oil and waste bin fires but also suitable for clothing fires
- Ei103C heat alarm - recommended for kitchens as it detects heat instead of smoke and gives fewer false alarms when you burn your toast
- Ei105C optical smoke alarm - recommended for living rooms/bedrooms/hallways as it is designed to detect slow smouldering fires such as soft furnishings.
- Ei100L ionisation alarm with escape light- recommended for landings as it detects fast flaming fires and features an escape light that activated upon detection of a fire and illuminates your escape route
- 2ltr Wet chemical fire extinguisher rated 8A, 34B, 25F - suitable for a range of fires including Class F chip pan fires
- 7 Year LED Carbon Monoxide Detector - Kidde 5CO - detects harmful levels of carbon monoxide from gas appliances such as boilers, ovens and hobs
