Technical Data
The Solo mains powered heat detector testers are designed specifically for checking heat detectors using a genuine and safe heat source. Available in two voltage versions, the mains powered heat detector testers are supplied with a 5m (16ft) cable and are suitable for use on fixed temperature, rate-of-rise and combination detectors up to 90 °C (194 °F). The Solo telescopic poles allow the tester to access heat detectors at height, therefore eliminating the need for ladders or scaffolding.
- Provides detectors with a genuine and safe heat source
- Designed in accordance with the Construction Regulations 1996 and the Electricity at Work Regulations 1989
- Suitable for the majority of modern heat detectors
- Can be used on fixed temperature, rate-of-rise and combination detectors up to 90 °C/194 °F
- Rapid activation times
- Available in two versions:
- Solo 423 - 110/120V
- Solo 424 - 220/240V
- Lightweight and easy to use
