<p>P50 powder extinguishers are suitable for use on <strong>class A</strong> fires involving solid materials, <strong>class B</strong> fires involving flammable liquids, <strong>class C</strong> fires involving flammable gases and fires involving <strong>live electrical equipment</strong>. The Powder prevents the chemical reaction during the combustion process, providing rapid fire knock down.</p>
<strong>Please note:</strong> The use of powder fire extinguishers indoors is not recommended by BS 5306-8:2012 due to the mess powder creates and the potential impairment of vision and respiration it can cause.</td>
