    [content] => <p>EN Power Size refers to digit 3 of the BS EN 1154 grade classification for door closers. There are seven grades in total for EN Power Size which take into account the ability of the door closer to effectively close doors of differing weights and sizes. A minimum Power Size of EN3 is required for fire doors, however larger or heavier doors may require a stronger closer in order to fully close. Where the power size of a door closer is adjustable, the minimum and maximum power sizes should be identified. The table below shows the seven grades:</p>
