<p>Safelincs is serious about a greener way of operating. We work actively on minimising our impact on the environment and use 100% Renewable Electricity, producing most of our energy with our 1000sqm Solar PV installation, which produce 146kW of power. All of our interior lighting for our 80,000 sqf of offices and warehouses is provided by energy-saving LED lighting.</p>
<p>With the help of our manufacturers, we have managed to replace much of the plastic packaging materials and create new packaging materials through the recycling and re-manufacturing of our old cardboard packaging.</p>
<p>We have signed up to <a class="popup" title="Recycling of old electrical and electronic items (WEEE regulations)" href="moreinfo/WeeeExtraInfo.html?popup=true" rel="nofollow" data-width="900" data-height="500">Valpak's WEEE</a> (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment) Distributor Take-Back Scheme (Phase 5 Registration ID: 501327). Private households can therefore drop off their electronic and electrical fire safety waste at their municipal recycling centre when they purchase new products from us. <p>We also offer responsible recycling of the safety products that we sell, working with certified environmentally friendly partners.</p>
