    [content] => <p>The Firetext smoke alarms are supplied with a Giff-Gaff SIM card which needs topping up with a minimum top-up of £10 before use.</p>
<p>Before configuring the firetext alarm it is improtant that you activate the enclosed 
SIM card by visiting <a href="https://giffgaff.com/activate-sim">https://giffgaff.com/activate-sim</a> and following the simple step by step procedure.</p>
<p>While the Firetext alarm will accept most mobile operator SIM cards (Orange, O2, 3 Network, etc.), these networks monitor the usage of pay-and-go SIMs for voice calls. If a voice call is not placed in around 180 days the SIM card will be disconnected. Gigg-Gaff monitor voice calls AND data (i.e. SMS text messages) so will not disconnect the SIM card if the terms and conditions are followed correctly and the alarm is tested at weekly.</p>
<p><strong>Please note:</strong> If the alarm is not tested at least once within every 120 day period the Giff-Gaff SIM card will be disconnected.</p>
