Multi Window Escape

The unique modular design of the Modum ladder means that additional release stations with locking pins can be added into the length of the ladder to allow escape from the different storeys of a building.

In the example of a 3 storey building the entire ladder can be opened from the top floor release station allowing the occupants on this floor to escape to safety.

Top Floor Escape

The bottom half of the ladder can be opened from the 1st floor release station independently of the top half, in cases where this happens the top half can still be opened allowing it to rejoin with the bottom section giving occupants on the top floor a full route to escape.
