Overview:

Your role will include the introduction and maintenance of product listings on Safelincs sites and liaising with suppliers in tandem with the Commercial Development Manager. When required, support the customer service team with supplier information and product training.

Role and Responsibilities

Product Management

Analyse the market and identify new and profitable products

Edit and make website changes where necessary

Carry out price comparisons

Carry out content reviews and generate unique appropriate content

Customer Service Support

Train staff on new products

Support customer service staff with enquiries and product information

Answer customer queries through online chat

eBay Shop

Keep our eBay store product range up to date, taking images etc
