I ordered through amazon and the wrong alarm turned up. I contacted the company direct by phone.

First they answered the call on about the 2nd ring- a rare thing in times of covid. They were apologetic and confirmed they'd send the right one out. About 1 week later the alarm had not turned up - sent an email through Amazon, they said it must have got lost and that they'd send out urgently (as it is smoke detector and I was not protected) by courier. It turned up next day, installed.

So often these days it is a challenge to get a prompt reply, and a challenge to get a good outcome. These guys care about their customers and their reputation- I would buy again from them with pleasure.
