Overview

This role involves dealing with a wide range of customer inquiries via phone, email and our online chat system. You will also be required to handle customer sales, as well as offering special offers and gather feedback from our customers. Joining our Sales Team will allow you to work in a fast paced environment whilst delivering first class customer service and developing your personal skills, which you will continue to use throughout your career.

Location: Alford, Lincolnshire

Roles and Responsibilities

Hours of Work

You will be working a 30 hour week Monday – Friday, between the hours of 9am and 3.30pm (some flexibility can be offered to accommodate public transport). As you progress into your apprenticeship you will also be required to work extended shifts and within the weekend rota.

Wage

You will be paid £5.00 per hour, including a paid daily half hour lunch break
