<p>We are seeking a motivated and driven candidate to join our fast growing team. You will have the enthusiasm to drive this business forward dealing with our Amazon and eBay sites. Dynamic and hardworking you will thrive in a pressurised environment and will take responsibility for these online platforms, looking for opportunities to expand the business by developing further online portals. Full product training will be provided by our existing Amazon/eBay specialists.</p>

<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>

<ul>
<li>Listing and describing new products</li>
<li>Ensuring that orders are processed correctly</li>
<li>Increase turnover and profitability of the Amazon/eBay sales</li>
<li>Online stock control</li>
<li>Devise marketing strategy (after full training)</li>
<li>Dealing with customer enquiries</li>
<li>Providing an excellent customer service experience</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Key Skills:</strong></p>

<ul>
<li>Excellent IT skills</li>
<li>Good communication style with customers and Amazon/eBay staff</li>
<li>Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages</li>
<li>A good organiser</li>
<li>Love working as part of a friendly team</li>
<li>Social Media knowledge would be useful</li>
<li>Good level of maths and English</li>
</ul>

<p>Working an 8.5 hour day you will have a paid lunch break and enjoy a range of refreshments throughout the day such as tea, coffee, biscuits, chocolate and fruit.</p>
