Overview

Safelincs is the UK's largest online fire safety retailer. Having grown 30% year on year for the past three years we are looking for a new Business Development Manager to join our team. As well as helping to develop our offline sales and drive new business we are looking for someone with a passion for excellent customer care and the ability to creatively support our customers' demands with product and service solutions. You will need to have the ability to build relationships with customers and develop new business contacts.

For us, fitting in with our company culture is just as important as your skillset. We look for the potential a candidate has and as such previous experience is not essential.

This role is based at our Alford headquarters and you will be expected to travel approximately 2-3 days per week.

Hours

When office based you will be required to work 8.5 hrs per day, including a paid half hour lunch break, between the hours of 7.30 - 6.00 pm. When visiting customers your hours will vary and there is a requirement for occasional overnight stays.

Full and in-depth training will be given to the right candidate.

Wage

Wage is dependent on experience and starts at £27-29k plus bonus scheme and a premium company car.

A full clean driving licence is essential to this role.

Minimum of 1 year of team management essential and 2 years of sales experience preferred
