Overview

We are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join our current Customer Service Team.

You will take incoming customer calls as well as answer customer queries through email, phone and Chat. Processing orders through web based platforms, such as Amazon and eBay you will maintain excellent levels of customer service.

Requirements

Hours: This role is full time, 40 hours per week. You will be required to work as part of a rota with occasional weekend and late shifts Monday – Friday 8.00am – 10.00pm and Saturday – Sunday 8.30am – 5.00pm

Wage: £8.97 per hour

Location: Alford, Lincolnshire
