You will be responsible for dealing with customer enquiries and generating sales through email, telephone and our online chat system. Processing orders through web based platforms, such as Amazon and eBay you will maintain excellent levels of customer service.
You will need a good understanding of IT and have good English and Maths skills.
You will be required to work within a rota of shifts, including some weekend and evening shifts. This role requires good organisational skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time with a requirement to work some out of hours shifts (up to 9pm) and occasional weekends (8.30am-5.00pm) on a rota.
Wage: £8.97 per hour
