You will be responsible for dealing with customer enquiries and generating sales through email, telephone and our online chat system. You will also be responsible for leading our team of Customer Service Administrators to meet targets as well as carry out all regular HR related tasks. You will need a good understanding of IT and have good Maths and English skills.
You will be required to work within a rota of shifts, including some weekend and evening shifts. This role requires good organisational skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time with some requirement to cover out of hours shifts (up to 9pm) and occasional weekend cover on a rota.
Wage: Between £10.00 and £12.90 per hour, dependant on experience
Location: Alford, Lincolnshire
