<p>The Regulatory (Fire Safety) Reform Order 2005 requires businesses to carry out Fire Risk Assessments and to install fire extinguishers in accordance to a range of guidance documents, including BSI standards. BS5306 requires the commissioning of extinguishers for businesses ONSITE - that means by a competent installer at your premises. Pre-commissioning at the supplier is explicitly not allowed. If this is the first time extinguishers are installed at your premises, we recommend that you order not only commissioning but also installation. Our engineer will then wall-hang your extinguishers in the correct place, as well as commission them.<br /><br /></p>
