General Office Assistant

We are looking for an energetic person to join our team offering office support.

You will need to have excellent English skills and be able to communicate confidently face to face and on the phone. An ability to be flexible and to be well organised is desired.

Roles and Responsibilities

You will be supporting office staff in their roles, typing up letters, posting job adverts, booking training courses, ordering uniform, sending out correspondence, filing and contacting customers via phone and letter etc.

Attention to detail is essential and you will require sound IT skills with some experience of Microsoft Office, Excel and Word.

No previous experience is required, however you will need to have minimum English Language GCSE Grade B.

Job Type: Part-time
