<h2>Programme Details</h2>

<p>As a Graduate Trainee Manager, you will be given the opportunity to show us your skills and abilities by working within our core teams. You will be expected to be a quick learner, be highly organised and have the ability to quickly build a good rapport with colleagues and customers.</p>

<p>During your trainee management programme, you will cover the following areas:</p>

<ul>
<li>Sales and Business Development</li>
<li>Servicing</li>
<li>Marketing and Content</li>
<li>Warehouse and Logistics</li>
</ul>

<p>You will be allocated an experienced Mentor and will have a structured induction and training plan covering each department. You will be given clear goals and have the opportunity to work alongside the leaders within our business.</p>

<p>You do not need previous experience within a particular area, we are more interested in your personal attributes and general attitude. If you show the qualities that we are looking for we will offer you a very rewarding career.</p>

<p><strong>First Interviews:</strong> Successful candidates will be invited to a Teams Interview between 1st and 5th February 2021</p>

<p><strong>Second Interviews:</strong> Successful candidates will be invited to an interview day between 15th and 19th February 2021 where some group and individual activities will take place</p>

<p><strong>Start Date:</strong> March/April 2021</p>

<p><strong>Salary:</strong> £19-23,000</p>

<p><strong>On successful completion of the programme a full assessment will be made of your skills and strengths and a Manager's role in one of our departments will be offered.</strong></p>
