Overview

You will be responsible for assisting the HR Manager in all aspects of our HR processes. This will include being involved in our recruitment process, organising training, managing the appraisal process and holiday planning. Excellent communication skills are paramount for this role as well as having experience of working within the realms of confidentiality.

You do not have to have experience of working within a HR setting, however you will require excellent communication skills, having a track record for working with confidential information. Candidates should have a desire to develop their career as this role has the prospect for future development.
