Overview
You will be the main HR contact for the company and will ensure the smooth running of the site and day to day office management.
Location: Alford, Lincolnshire
Roles and Responsibilities
Duties to Include:
- Act as the main HR contact for the company
- Manage our recruitment, development and training processes
- Coordinate staff probation reviews, appraisals and performance management systems
- Manage the process of, and support our managers in relation to, staff grievances or disciplinary processes
- Coordinate Payroll related tasks including pensions, bonus schemes, etc.
- Ensure that we are working with up to date procedures and policies and keep up to date with legislative changes
- Attend management meetings
- Directly manage a small team of staff including, HR Administrator, H&S Co-Ordinator & Accounts team, ensuring targets are met
- Ensure the smooth running of our site and day to day office management
- Coordinate cleaning team
- Coordinate site development projects
- Work within set budgets
- Provide relevant monthly reports
Essential Experience and Qualities
- Previous HR experience of at least two years
- Able to build strong relationships and communicate effectively on all levels
- Strong leadership skills, have experience of all personnel management
- Demonstrate skills in office and site management
Desirable Qualities
- Formal HR qualification
- Previous site management experience
Hours
Full time Monday to Friday
Wage
£24,000.00 – £26,000.00 per year
