<p>You will be responsible for installing and maintaining fire safety products at our customers’ sites. This includes extinguishers, fire alarm systems, evacuation devices, fire door hardware and all other fire safety equipment as requested. You will need to adhere to H&S processes and regulations at all times. You will communicate with the customer in a polite and understanding manner, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.</p>

<p>This role will require some overnight stays and you will have the use of a company vehicle while travelling for work. You are required to travel to any UK location.</p>

<p>This role is one of responsibility and carries a large element of trust as you will often be working remotely.</p>

<p><strong>Location:</strong> Alford, Lincolnshire</p>

<h2>Roles and Responsibilities</h2>

<h3>Installations/Servicing</h3>
<ul>
<li>To carry out site surveys, installations and maintenance when requested by the Service Co-Ordinator.</li>
<li>Travel as necessary to site locations for servicing or maintenance, including some overnight stays.</li>
<li>Ensure that all areas have been made good at the end of a job when working at a customer’s site.</li>
<li>Complete and pass industry training courses.</li>
<li>To promote the company’s brand and further Safelincs’ standing within the industry.</li>
<li>To promote products and services, making recommendations to customers.</li>
<li>Work within the BAFE framework and all other relevant industry frameworks.</li>
<li>Contact customers and complete all relevant paperwork within set timescales.</li>
</ul>

<h3>Health & Safety</h3>
<ul>
<li>Carry out vehicle checks as set out in the specified procedure.</li>
<li>Adhere to road safety law and legislation at all times when driving on behalf of the company.</li>
<li>Adhere to all H&S practices when using equipment etc and maintain a safe working environment.</li>
<li>Carry out risk assessments as required.</li>
</ul>

<p>This role will require good English and Maths skills and the successful candidate will be required to complete a DBS check.</p>
