Safelincs, with its related brands, is committed to providing a level of service that surpasses customer expectation and is best in class. We are establishing ourselves as the most progressive and customer-focused supplier of quality fire safety products and services and as a fire safety supplier of choice for the public sector, the FM industry and businesses.

We support this through a Quality Management System that meets and exceeds the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and helps us to carefully monitor, measure and control our business. We operate in compliance with all relevant legislation and use best practices in all we do.

Particular attention is paid to the analysis of customer satisfaction, the provision of a safe and healthy workplace, the reduction of our environmental impact, the training and development of our staff and the growth of mutually beneficial supplier relationships.

Safelincs is fully committed to the continuous improvement of its processes. Improving our processes is a pre-condition to support our rapid growth and to face challenges in the fast changing marketplace.

This policy and its implementation are reviewed for effectiveness on a regular basis through our management review process. These reviews feed into the creation of annual quality and business objectives and appropriate targets together with implementation plans which will be communicated to our team promoting commitment and ownership of the process. These objectives will be displayed on the Intranet.

To ensure we stay ahead of our competition we will review on an annual basis, and ongoing in our senior management meetings, the context of our business and interested parties. Senior managers also review our risks and opportunities at the beginning of the calendar year.

Our ISO Champion will schedule a review of our QMS against any changes to the annual risk/opportunities/context review at the start of each financial year.

In order for us to be confident that we can continue to meet the needs of our customers in adverse situations the MD will be responsible to manage and maintain our FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis). The analysis looks at potential failures relating to business continuity, the effect of the failure, root causes, and the actions required to rectify.
