<h2>How do the Saffold Release Stations work?</h2>
<p>To enable occupants of the building to access the Saffold Fire Escape Ladder from different floors, the ladder can be fitted with additional release stations. Each release station has an anti-tamper pin fitted, which is removed to allow the ladder to open.</p>
<p>If a higher section of the ladder is released while the lower section is open, the two sections will meet and lock together, as shown in this infographic, creating one full length of ladder.</p>
