<p>We are looking for a motivated person to join our team. Confidence speaking on the phone and good English and Maths skills are an advantage.</p>

<h3>Answering Customer Calls</h3>
<ul>
<li>Taking customer calls and dealing with enquiries in a professional manner</li>
<li>Furnishing the customer with requested details of a specific product, where necessary contacting suppliers to obtain the information</li>
</ul>

<h3>Processing Sales</h3>
<ul>
<li>Process sales through the appropriate systems</li>
<li>Deal with customer and company information with strict confidence</li>
<li>Provide customers with quotations and pro-forma invoices on request</li>
<li>Follow up any pro-forma invoices</li>
</ul>

<h3>Customer Care</h3>
<ul>
<li>Deal with customer complaints in a sympathetic and supportive manner</li>
<li>Respond to customer contact through phone, fax or e-mail within 1 day</li>
<li>Ring existing customers to ensure that deliveries have taken place and also with regards to special offers</li>
</ul>

<h3>Returns</h3>
<ul>
<li>Process returns within procedural time-scales</li>
<li>Carry out refunds</li>
<li>Complete all relevant documentation</li>
</ul>

<p>Required to work flexible hours between 8.00am and 6:00pm.</p>

<p><strong>Wage:</strong> Dependant on experience</p>
