<p>We are looking for a Service Co-Ordinator to join our expanding team. You will be responsible for sending reminders and booking in customers for their annual safety equipment servicing, as well as answering incoming enquiries through phone and email.</p>
<h2>Roles and Responsibilities</h2>
<h3>Extinguisher Servicing & Reminders</h3>
<ul>
<li>Answer customer enquiries regarding extinguisher servicing and site surveys</li>
<li>Liaise with servicing engineers to arrange timely servicing for customers</li>
<li>Create and print reminder cards for previous years’ service customers</li>
<li>Email and telephone customers that have not responded to service cards and record outcome</li>
<li>Create monthly report of number of cards converted to booking</li>
</ul>
<h3>Other Services</h3>
<ul>
<li>Arrange Fire Risk Assessments and quote customers for any works</li>
<li>Generate and send quotes to customers based on engineer recommendations and follow these up if not actioned</li>
<li>Arrange suitable training courses with trainer for customers</li>
<li>Check if any servicing jobs are overdue in the servicing database and investigate with relevant contractors if still outstanding</li>
<li>Process all sales through appropriate software</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Hours:</strong> You will be required to work flexible hours between 8.00am and 6.00pm Monday – Friday, on average 30 hours per week.</p>
<p><strong>Wage:</strong> £8.97 per hour</p>
<p><strong>Location:</strong> Alford, Lincolnshire</p>
