Overview

You will be responsible for dealing with customer enquiries and generating sales through email, telephone and our online live customer support system. You will need a good understanding of IT and have good English and Maths skills.

Location: Alford, Lincolnshire

Lead the team of Customer Sales Administrators

Answering Customer Calls

Processing Sales

Customer Care

You will be required to work within a rota of shifts, including some weekend and evening shifts. This role requires good organisational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time with some requirement to cover out of hours shifts (up to 9pm) and occasional weekend cover on a rota.

Wage: £9.80 per hour
