Think of something that makes you smile or happy and start to write about it. You don’t need to write in sentences, just let your mind and pen explore the topic you have chosen. Write down what comes into your head without refining it. Do this for at least ten minutes but longer if you want to.

This exercise helps to free up your mind and give it a little energy boost. It can be very relaxing and help you unwind at the end of the day.
