<p>You will be responsible for the picking, packing and shipping of both UK and international orders, the booking in of delivered goods and ensuring the cleanliness and health and safety of the warehouse is maintained to a high standard. You will need good organisational skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment. You will also require general IT skills.</p>

<p><strong>Location:</strong> Alford, Lincolnshire</p>

<h2>Roles and Responsibilities</h2>

<h3>Packing and Shipping</h3>
<ul>
<li>Collection of orders from the Sales Office</li>
<li>Performing barcoder quality scanning out checks</li>
<li>Appropriate and speedy packing of orders</li>
<li>Input of orders into the appropriate shipping systems</li>
<li>Accurate processing of international and pallet shipments</li>
</ul>

<h3>Goods Inwards</h3>
<ul>
<li>Goods inwards scanning in and accurate checking in of goods upon arrival</li>
<li>Timely booking in of incoming deliveries</li>
<li>Loading and unloading of deliveries in a responsible manner</li>
</ul>

<h3>Assembly of Products</h3>
<ul>
<li>Assemble products in accordance with procedures</li>
<li>Maintain good stock control of components</li>
<li>Ensure quality checks of assembled products are carried out</li>
<li>Ensure all assembled stock is accounted for in a correct manner</li>
<li>Follow health and safety guidance where blades or power tools are involved</li>
<li>Work in strict accordance to procedures and processes</li>
</ul>

<h3>General</h3>
<ul>
<li>Stock control – participation of stock takes as required</li>
<li>Reporting of damaged goods to Warehouse Manager</li>
<li>Always act in a responsible manner</li>
<li>Placing of booked-in deliveries into stock</li>
<li>Perform routine checks on Racking/PPE</li>
<li>Perform routine shredder maintenance</li>
<li>Perform all other appropriate Warehouse duties as required by your line manager</li>
</ul>

<h2>Hours</h2>
<p>You will be required to work within a shift pattern between 7.00am and 10.00pm Monday to Friday and there will be a requirement to work weekends between 8.30am and 5.00pm.</p>
