<p>We are looking for a Warehouse Operative to join our expanding team. You will be responsible for picking, packing and shipping of both UK and international orders, the booking in of delivered goods and maintaining the cleanliness and health and safety of the warehouse.</p>
<h2>Roles and Responsibilities</h2>
<h3>Packing and Shipping</h3>
<ul>
<li>Use barcoder scanning out system</li>
<li>Speedy packing of orders and input of orders into the appropriate shipping systems</li>
<li>Accurate processing of international and pallet shipments</li>
</ul>
<h3>Goods Inwards</h3>
<ul>
<li>Scanning in and checking of goods upon arrival</li>
<li>Timely booking in of incoming deliveries</li>
<li>Loading and unloading of deliveries in a responsible manner</li>
</ul>
<h3>Assembly of Products</h3>
<ul>
<li>Assemble products in accordance with procedures</li>
<li>Maintain good stock control</li>
<li>Carry out quality checks of assembled products</li>
<li>Follow health and safety guidance</li>
</ul>
<h3>General</h3>
<ul>
<li>Participation in stock takes as required</li>
<li>Reporting of damaged goods</li>
<li>Act in a responsible manner at all times</li>
<li>Placing of booked-in deliveries into stock</li>
<li>Perform routine checks on Racking, PPE and shredder maintenance</li>
</ul>
<p>You will be required to have good organisational skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment. You will also require general IT skills.</p>
<p><strong>Hours:</strong> You will be required to work within a shift pattern between 7.00am and 7.00pm Monday – Sunday on average 42.5 hours per week including lunch breaks.</p>
<p><strong>Start Wage:</strong> £8.72 per hour</p>
<p><strong>Location:</strong> Alford, Lincolnshire</p>
