<p>As Website Administration Team Leader you will manage our team of three Product Administrators to ensure that our portfolio of websites are constantly improved and up to date. You will be responsible for researching and selecting new products to sit within our existing portfolio.</p>

<p>We are looking for a great team leader with excellent people skills. English skills are essential as the role entails writing and reviewing content for our website in the form of blogs, product listings and information pages. Having good time management skills and being able to work to tight deadlines is essential. Working productively with other departments such as our Web Developers, Web Designers and Commercial Team is essential. You will be required to get the best out of our suppliers and teams and will need to understand the needs of our customers.</p>

<p><strong>Location:</strong> Alford, Lincolnshire</p>

<h2>Roles and Responsibilities</h2>

<h3>Management of the Team</h3>
<ul>
<li>Motivate and drive projects</li>
<li>Prioritise workload, modifying day to day tasks as required</li>
<li>Provide accurate and timely feedback of project status to Senior Management</li>
<li>Carry out all related HR activities</li>
</ul>

<h3>Website Content and Product Management</h3>

<ul>
<li>Identify new opportunities to move the business forward</li>
<li>Review and improve current listings based on relevant data</li>
<li>Meet with and negotiate with our suppliers</li>
<li>Successfully upload new products into our portfolio</li>
<li>Provide concise product training to our sales team</li>
<li>Edit our websites and take part in peer review of listings</li>
<li>Write relevant and interesting content for product listings, blogs and information pages using basic HTML</li>
<li>Analyse sales data and pricing to draw meaningful conclusions and present findings</li>
</ul>

<h2>Key Skills Required</h2>
<ul>
<li>Being motivated and driven, thriving on improving our sales, product ranges and performance</li>
<li>Being able to communicate successfully with our suppliers</li>
<li>Prior experience of an E-commerce platform</li>
<li>Excellent attention to detail</li>
<li>Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to motivate others and bring the best out in a team</li>
<li>Able to communicate well at all levels</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Full time role</strong></p>
<p><strong>Wage £22,000 - £26,000 dependent on experience</strong></p>
